NLE Management is the result of 13 years of business experience bringing 5 companies (A Marketing Firm, Media Company, Talent Agency, Business Consulting Firm & Events Company) together to accomplish the goal of helping others.

NLE Management spent all of 2018 in a re-development phase and is now re-launching in both Los Angeles and S.E. Asia.

Talent Consulting History

Following in the footsteps of industry leaders like Insomniac Events, Go Ventures, & Giant. We were one of the pioneering companies to take underground dance music out of warehouse and into mainstream venues in the early 2000's. For 6 years we ran and managed one of the largest Electronic Music Venues in Southern California. 

During the time of our rise in music we started to "help" friends who were DJs who needed advice on bookings locally. Then shortly after the dancers from our music events formed into one of the first structured GoGo teams in so-cal's EDM scene. Between, the dancers and DJs we formed a talent agency for the sole purpose of keeping organized and to be legally insured, not knowing this would grow into a an international venture.

We would later come to manage over 100 dancers, many of whom went on to perform at the largest music festivals in the USA and internationally. 20+ DJs such as DJ S3RL (At the time one of the top Happy Hardcore DJs in the world), Internationally known Import Models , and eventually expanding to work with Specialty Performers such as aerialists, fire performers, contortionists, stilt walkers and others.
In 2011-2014 we became the international talent coordinator for Heineken S.E. Asia and booked Musicians, Models, Aerialist & Specialty Performers for some of the largest music festivals in Vietnam's History. 

From 2015 - 2018 the entertainment industry changed dramatically, became over populated, and it was hard to stand out in a sea of start ups trying to get their moment in the spotlight. We minimized our talent roster and took time to focus on our marketing firm and built our international network. Things needed to change. 

Our next major milestone is NOW! In 2018 we began to re-structure our entire approach to talent. Taking 13 years of experience and building the most effective system for talent growth possible. We are now working to expand NLE Management to Thailand and Bali in 2019/2020.

Business Consulting History

NLE's Founder Joe Gutierrez started in business as a child growing up in his family antique and jewelry stores. At 10 years old his sales, marketing and customer service experience begun to take shape. By 15 he was buying and selling his own museum quality antiques and one of a kind jewelry items, quickly learning the ups and downs of business and sales. 

By 18 Joe founded JAG Marketing Group, and a separate California Holding Corporation. Within 5 years of launching JAG/JMG founded an events company, marketing firm, talent agency, photography and media company, and founder/ceo Joe Gutierrez had completed 6 years of schooling in Marketing, Sales, International Business, Business Leadership, Sociology, Business Psychology, & is now a self taught international Photographer of 13 years.

By 2013 the collective of companies had a team of over 15 core workers ranging from: marketing, advertising, sales, graphic design, PR, human resources, social media management, photography & videography allowing NLE's owner to branch off once again to co-found and build a mental health facility in Orange County California. Here he picked up experience in building corporate business systems such as marketing, advertising and public relations, and implementing an extensive HR system for their 50+ employees all while NLE continued to grow.

In 2018 JMG merged with several of it's companies to form NLE's new brand. A conglomerate of business, marketing and talent consulting services. As of 2019 NLE is the primary focus. Our current and past clientele includes several major music festivals, international car shows, surf brands, hotels, restaurants, cities, non profits, clothing companies, beauty supply brands and schools just to name a few. We are hiring on new staff, opening a new corporate office in Los Angeles, CA and working to expand our services internationally to S.E. Asia.
